Description

African mask Fang Black White Magni, sculpture on wood of kolatier will bring graphics and originality to your interior decoration. This mask made using the technique of burned wood is coated with kaolin to create this graphic.

In the Grassfields culture, the birth of twins or triplets in a family is considered a sign of blessing. The parents gain the title of "Tagni" for the father and "Magni" for the mother. They are then de facto exempt from certain socio-cultural obligations.

The Bamileke Magni are venerated and as such participate in cultural practices for the purification and initiation of young people in the kingdom. The chief gives oil, salt and jujube to feed the twins, who are considered gods.
